The 3-3-3 Rule: Setting Your Frenchie Up for Adoption Success
Adopting a French Bulldog is an exciting journey, but it can also bring questions and concerns—especially when transitioning a rescue into your home. Whether they’re your first pup or joining an existing pack, proper introductions are key to a smooth adjustment.
🐾 Have you heard of the 3-3-3 Rule? 🐾
This essential guideline helps both you and your new Frenchie navigate the critical first days, weeks, and months post-adoption:
✅ 3 Days – Decompression: Your new pup may feel overwhelmed, unsure, or even shut down. Give them space, limit stimulation, and establish a calm routine.
✅ 3 Weeks – Adjustment: Your Frenchie will start to feel more comfortable, revealing their personality while still learning the rules of their new home.
✅ 3 Months – Confidence: This is when true trust and bonding happen, creating a stable and loving environment for the long run!
By following the 3-3-3 Rule, you’re setting your Frenchie up for success—not just for today, but for a lifetime of love.
